Position Title

Microsoft Focus Group Leader/Facilitator

Overview

The Focus Group Leader or Facilitator for Microsoft will be responsible for organizing and leading discussions, workshops, and activities related to Microsoft technologies within our organization. This volunteer will play a key role in fostering a community of learning and collaboration among members interested in Microsoft products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate regular Focus Group meetings, including setting agendas and coordinating speakers or presenters.
  • Engage Focus Group members in discussions and activities that promote knowledge sharing and skill development related to Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with other Focus Group leaders and organizational stakeholders to align activities with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Support and guide Focus Group members seeking assistance with Microsoft products or services.
  • Stay informed about developments in Microsoft technologies and share relevant updates and resources with the Focus Group.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and services, with a strong understanding of their features and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate group discussions and activities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in leading or facilitating groups is preferred but not required.

Time Commitment

Flexible. The Focus Group Leader or Facilitator can choose a meeting day and time that best suits their schedule. The Focus Group is welcome to meet in-person, virtually, or a hybrid of these two options.

Reporting Structure

The Focus Group Leader/Facilitator will report to the Educational Services Director.
