Videographer

Overview

The Videographer will capture and edit video content to support our organization’s marketing and communications efforts. This volunteer will play a key role in helping to tell our story and showcase our impact through compelling video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video footage of events, activities, and interviews related to our organization’s mission and programs.
  • Edit video footage to create engaging and impactful videos for use on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Ensure that video content aligns with our organization’s brand and messaging guidelines.
    Stay informed about developments in video production techniques and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in video recording and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), and so on).
  • Experience with camera equipment and accessories.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Time Commitment

  • Flexible to accommodate the volunteer’s schedule.

Reporting Structure

The Videographer will report to the Public Outreach Director.
