Public Outreach Director

Overview

Join us as our Public Outreach Director and play a vital role in advancing our mission to bridge the digital divide. You’ll lead engaging outreach efforts, create impactful content, and collaborate with the Board to make a difference in our community. This volunteer will work closely with the Board to implement strategies that enhance public engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute community events.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local partners.
  • Represent CCS at community events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in public outreach or community engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.

Time Commitment

Flexible to accommodate the volunteer’s schedule.

Reporting Structure

The Public Outreach Director will report to the President.
