How Do I Become a Member?
It’s as easy as one, two, three!
- Fill out our membership form.
- Select your desired membership level:
- Standard Membership: $35 per year
- Corporate Membership: $175 per year for your small business
- Additional Membership Cards: $2.50 each
- Submit your membership dues: CCS accepts the following payment options:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- PayPal
- Zelle
Please follow the corresponding directions below to complete your payment.
Cash
Please print this paper membership form and pay in person during any General Membership, Focus Group (SIG), or Board Meeting.
Check or Money Order
Please print and mail this paper membership form along with your check/money order to the address listed below:

- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Under the Send and request money heading, type payments@ccscmh.org.
- Click/tap Send to: payments@ccscmh.org.
- For the dollar amount, enter the corresponding payment amount.

- Email address registered with CCS
- Your membership number (if available)
- Click/tap the Send button.
Zelle
- Please fill out this digital membership form, or mail this paper membership form to the address listed under “Check or Money Order.”
- Log in to your bank provider’s website or mobile app.
- Locate the option to send money with Zelle.
- Locate the recipient with the email address payments@ccscmh.org or choose the option to Add a new recipient. If adding a new recipient, please fill out the following fields as liste below:
- Name (type exactly) = Columbus Computer Society
- Email address = payments@ccscmh.org
- NOTE: “Zelle tag” and “Mobile number” are unnecessary.
- Click/tap Add recipient.
- Click/tap Send money.
- In the dollar amount field, enter the corresponding payment amount.
NOTE: For more information, please refer to the “How Do I Become a Member” section. - In the Message to recipient (optional) section, please enter the following information:
- Email address registered with CCS
- Your membership number (if available)
- OPTIONAL: Under the Frequency section, turn on the Repeating payment option, select Yearly, and select the appropriate payment date.
- Click/tap Next.
- IMPORTANT: Verify the correct recipient is listed before sending any money.
- Click/tap Send money.
